Shipping & Returns
If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 4-7 business days from the time you placed it. Due to this, you may receive multiple packages for one order. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order items once back in stock. The estimated wait time for each pre-order item is stated on the product page.
The package will be shipped USPS and will have an estimated 12-25 business day arrival.
Know that our fulfillment teams continue to send product daily as we take extra precautions to ensure their safety. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don’t wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.
- Return the items within 7 days after receiving date.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition. Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Designs purchased in Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or credit as the Designs are sold as is.
- Please also remember returning costs are at your expense.
Your money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return. We will always refund the money to the same account as which you paid with. After processing your returns, you will automatically get a confirmation e-mail about your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatched from the webshop.
Our shipping times may be longer than indicated as changing COVID-19 restrictions affect delivery services.
